Rock Star Nail & Spa is not responsible for any items left behind, lost, or stolen.

Pets are not allowed.

Rock Star Nail & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Sanitation

Behind the scenes, we are very mindful of your health and well-being. Proper sanitation guidelines are enforced among staff members.

Ecojet® whirlpool systems provide warm bubbling foot baths with silent operation. We utilize one time use Ecojet® liners for every pedicure. This ensures a fresh, clean, and sanitized spa experience.

All metal implements used during services are sterilized and sealed in plastic sheaths for storage.

Other items such as spa liners, slippers, and wax applicators are designed for one-time use and are disposed of afterward.

Health & Wellness

Please let us know if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, physical ailments, pregnancy or allergies. We can tailor our services to meet your needs. If you have any questions about a spa treatment and your health; please contact your physician.

Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own polish.

Can I receive a pedicure and manicure service at the same time?
Yes, we can accommodate pedicure and manicure services concurrently by utilizing spa manicure trays and two technicians.

Do you take appointments?
Yes, appointments are recommended to make the most of your spa time. We do accept walk-ins as well.
